#Our measure is to increase customer satisfaction and reduce complaints! Mr. Dessalen Terfe, General Manager (February 26, 2018, Ashtesh), Driver and Vehicle Licensing and Control Authority held a recognition and award program for employees, directorates and branches who achieved outstanding performance in the first half of the 2018 fiscal year. The institution is working hard to build a consistent service delivery system. This effort made it possible for the results to be close, said the general manager of the authority, Mr. Dessalen Terefe. "Our main goal is to increase customer satisfaction and reduce complaints," said the manager. He thanked the workers and leaders for the joint results recorded in the last six months, and gave directions for better results in the remaining months of the fiscal year. In the assessment: Bole branch 1st place; Arada branch took the 2nd place, while Lafto branches of Ka and Nafs phone took the 3rd place. Central Departments: Directorate of Vehicle Qualification and Licensing Service 1st rank, Directorate of Qualification of Driver Training Institutions 2nd rank, and Directorate of Communication Affairs 3rd rank.
