Today we officially launched the 3rd 'Addis Mesob' one center service in our city. This seven-floor modern center, which started working in Lidta sub-city, is a fundamental change aimed at providing fast and quality services by integrating various government services in one place and saving time, cost, energy and avoiding harassment. The center offers 112 different services of 20 institutions to the users at 69 service windows. It has also connected 22 institutions through digital internet. This will not only improve the efficiency of service delivery, accessibility and citizen satisfaction by avoiding the practice that was scattered in various institutions, it will also help to reduce the time, money and abuse the customer spends on the issue. For a long time, the service provided by improper practices, which was spread by corruption and nepotism, erodes the trust between the people and the government and has been a major obstacle to the universal prosperity that we hope for. Therefore, listening to the demands of our residents, we have transformed our service offering into a state-of-the-art digital one-center service. The fact that the two centers that we have already launched in Arada and Bole sub-cities have handled more than 120,000 customers and more than 98 percent of customers are satisfied with the service, which shows that the change has been accompanied by tangible results. We are working to expand our reach significantly by increasing the number of centers to 11 by the end of March, with 3 more by the end of March. Addis Mesob's digital one center service has created a comfortable work environment, is equipped with a childcare facility, and is managed by a combination of new university graduates and existing employees who are trained in the spirit of service.
