VISION
Our goal is to become a model service provider in our country by 2023, by providing qualified drivers and certified vehicles in our city.
MISSION
The objective is to ensure effective driver and vehicle licensing and qualification by organizing driver and vehicle institutions in Addis Ababa City Administration, strengthening monitoring and support, as well as control and evaluation mechanisms, improving their performance, modernizing service delivery and information management systems, and conducting research and operational improvements.

Addis Ababa City Administration Driver's License and Control Authority's Responsibilities
1. Licensing of training institutions
