Regarding service delivery:- In the work done to digitize the service delivery system, 23 new services were supported by technology and 370 services were provided with the help of technology. By maintaining and developing digital government services of one center with "Mesob"; 94.2% customer satisfaction was achieved by providing quality service by reducing time and cost. It was confirmed through field observation that 86% of the customer queries raised by the server's TV program were resolved. By creating a comfortable working environment in institutions, 183 daycare centers, 1 staff cafeteria and 166 consumer shops have been made available. In terms of establishing accountability in 61 leaders; Director at 126; Group leaders and more than 3,000 employees have been held accountable for their mistakes in service delivery.
