Regarding land development and management: 10,528 maps have been printed and distributed in the last six months through the updated system to facilitate online services. In terms of improving the land preparation and transfer system, it is planned to prepare 341 hectares of land for various services and 465 hectares of land has been prepared. It was planned to transfer 294 hectares of land based on the needs of the city to be used for various services and 483 hectares were transferred. A decision has been made for 54 landowners who submitted pre-development requests to develop on their properties. Over 7.4 billion birr was paid in compensation to developers in the first half of the year, out of which more than 400 million birr was paid for infrastructure development (electricity) services for our developers who were raised due to development. 6,122 maps have been printed regarding the implementation of the farmer's rights innovation and so far 10,873 maps have been printed and delivered to the farmers. A decision was made for 50 farmers to cultivate on their property and it was possible to get them into development. In the last six months, 41,454 properties were planned to be registered and 34,802 were completed. Also, it was planned to respond to 84,996 customers for rights registration and field service requests, and it was possible to achieve more than 94,927. 7,310 new and semi-built building permits are planned to be issued to 7,150 builders. Construction upgrades for 1,990 customers; Extension and Demolition Permits are planned and 2,477 developers have been granted permits. A number of buildings have been renovated by issuing renovation and temporary construction permits to 12,634 consumers, and permits to 13,451 developers.
