Customers have stated that the fact that the driver's license medical examination service is at one center has enabled them to get an efficient service. A/A/Health Office On February 17, 2018, the Addis Ababa City Administration Health Office, in cooperation with the Driver Vehicle Licensing and Control Authority and the Addis Mesob One Center Digital Government Service, has started providing driver's license medical examination services at the Hulem sub-city Driver Vehicle Licensing and Control Authority branch offices and at the main and branches in Addis Mesob. In Ka, Bole, Lami Kura, Arada and Beldata sub-towns where we conducted a survey, the branch offices of Driver Vehicle Licensing and Control Authority and Addis Mesob Bole Branch stated to us that the customers we found doing driver's license medical examination services have started to be provided at one center, enabling them to get efficient services. They said that the one-centre service not only prevented past abuse, but also reduced their time, energy and costs.
