On January 23, 2018, a three-round training on the vehicle service system's comprehensive operating manual was started. The head of the vehicle sector, Mrs. Tigset Asefa, said while opening the training forum that the purpose of the training was to provide the same standard vehicle service at the center and branch office as well as in Mosab. In order to make the change complete, a manual was prepared in a consistent manner for the vehicle regulations and guidelines, circulars and traditional procedures, which were issued by various bodies, and it was decided to be developed and implemented based on the suggestions given by the branch experts, team leaders, directors and branch and center leaders. In order to provide the manual in a consistent manner, training will be provided to audit, technician, front desk, data encoder experts as well as service license team leader, vehicle qualification (technician) team leader, service quality audit team, one center and directors in Addis Mesob in 3 rounds, Ms. Tigset said.
