Vision
Our goal is to become a model service provider in our country by 2023, by providing qualified drivers and certified vehicles in our city.

The objective is to ensure effective driver and vehicle licensing and qualification by organizing driver and vehicle institutions in Addis Ababa City Administration, strengthening monitoring and support, as well as control and evaluation mechanisms, improving their performance, modernizing service delivery and information management systems, and conducting research and operational improvements.

በከተማችን ብቁ አሽከርካሪና ብቃቱ የተረጋገጠ ተሸከርካሪ ኢንዲኖር በማድረግ በ2023 ዓ.ም የሀገራችን ሞዴል አገልግሎት ሰጪ ተቋም ሆኖ ማየት ነው

ተልእኮ
በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የሚገኙ የአሽከርካሪና ተሽከርካሪ ተቋማትን በማደራጀት፣ የክትትልና ድገፍ እንዱሁም የቁጥጥርና የግምገማ አግባብን በማጠናከር፣ አፈፃፀማቸዉን በማሳደግ፤ አገልግሎት አሰጣጡንና የመረጃ አያያዝ ስርዓትን በማዘመን እንዲሁም ጥናትና የዓሰራር ማሻሻያን በማካሄድ ዉጤታማ የአሽከርካሪና ተሸከርካሪ ፈቃድና ብቃት ማረጋገጥ ነዉዉ፡፡
